had a bad experience at this location. they call that a sandwhich! Bread and lettuce wow not worth it. dont buy any food here. oh and they also have skimmers on the gas pumps so becareful.

Ugly lady with an ugly attitude approached me in a negative way because I went into a cabinet to get powdered creamer that is never at the coffee station. If they can always have the powdered creamer at the coffee stations then no one will have to get it out of the cabinets.

Thanks to this fraudulent company the gas prices in Central Florida are the highest in the state

Worst experience. Do not help customers unless you are Spanish decent. Dirty and the managers are definitely not customer service concerned. With all the bad reviews Wawa you really need to do something about it. I rather go to 7 eleven and get great service and spend my hard earned money then to this location and get horrible service and attitude.

Credit card was hacked after I pumped gas here. Called them to notify them of a possible skimmer attached to the pump as to prevent the same thing happening to someone else...the person who answered the phone seemed to care less, no I'm sorry, no well look onto that, no nothing about the concern. BEWARE.

Better gas prices than most. Easy to get in and out.

I love WaWa! Service, food, and coffee is great. Unfortunately, whenever I get extra eggs in the egg bowl, I never get extra eggs. #5157 Orlando is notorious for this.

RIP OFF! They barely put any meat on my cheese steak EVERY TIME. It's a new store, so I tried them out a few times, and it's been a complete rip off. Other Wawa stores in Orlando and Kissimmee don't have this problem. Would give 0 stars if I could.

They have pretty good food, great iced coffee. Most of the time the employees are nice and friendly especially the ones that work at the drink and food counter.

From the variety of items to their food and coffee makes it a great place to go for filling the gas tank. You’ll find the best price for gas. Their sandwiches and other hot items are made in front of you and it is tasty and good. Their Cuban sandwich is the best! Plus you cannot go wrong with their coffee!

Good staff, prepares your food well, clean store, well stocked. The big problem is the vagrants outside taking up the seating area, each one panhandling. Evidently management and the police allow this. Essentially it's a blighted property on a quickly improving neighborhood.

Great place for quick bites and free wifi

The few times I stop at this Wawa on my routes I get shorted somehow. Every time I've ordered the sausage and gravy bowl with extra topping I get skimpped servings. I even asked the lady behind the deli counter if there was extra topping. I should have checked in store. But this is what I got. There's not even a full scoop in there. I've gone to countless Wawa locations and have gotten a nice almost full bowl. This is a joke of a location.Edit: Tried my luck hoping it was just one occasion. It isn't at all. This store will skimp you on your Gravy. And who knows what else.

I love WaWa, I recommend the Cuban Panini. It's very delicious. This location often has people approach you at the pumps begging for money. Just keep alert when at a pump.

I go to chick fil a almost every morning and the day I decide to come to wawa in the way to work and order a plain bagel with plain cream cheese. When I got to work... well I opened up a bagel with a spit of cream cheese. Seriously nothing on it I want to upload the picture I took but for some reason it doesn't let me.

Came to this location and there was no Sandwich kiosks on and the lady told me that this location was under staffed and they could not have the food area staffed so they closed for the night. That’s ridiculous.

Wonderful staff made me a delicious chicken cheesesteak. The store was very busy, however they kept the line moving. A major downside is the amount of homeless people outside begging for money.

Employee “Lassie” has the most disgusting attitude, when my Chip was in the machine she instantly scolded me after the beeping to “PULL IT OUT” no line behind me at all as if I’m bothering her or taking to much time when I was paying for gas..... I go to this place everyday and I’m always noticing her terrible customer service she displays.

I placed an order online like I have many times at this location. The app said that's it's waiting on my arrival. Got to the store, the app says the same thing! The lady said there may be something wrong with the app. Try it again. So, I did, same thing happened, waiting your arrival... The lady then says use the touch screen to place your order... Needless to say, going on over an hour waiting in the store. I still haven't got my food... Wow! The lady didn't even try to help speed things up. Now my lunch hour is over and I'll have to wait until 5:00pm to eat my cold food!!!

BEWARE!!! Every SINGLE time I have gone to this location, a person will ask for money from you. This store allows homeless people to sit at their outside tables and bother paying guests for money. I’ve had this happen at the pump, when I’m walking in or out. It’s scary!! When you tell a manager, they say call the police. Those people should it be allowed to hang around there unless they are paying customers.

Fairly new gas station (2015) so it's in good shape now. Friendly staff. Free air. It's also next to a car wash.

Wawa itself is fantastic. This location is the worst. They've let me down so many times on items that should be stocked, like salads and stuffed pretzels, donuts, etc. I won't be coming back to this location. I understand wawas get busy but no matter what time of day I come to this location, the amount of empty space in the coolers/ warmers is constant.

Yarlin the GM had me come in twice because she put gas in the wrong pump. I love Wawa and am sad to see the customer service suffer in this location. For a GM she should know what to do to prevent this.

Uneducated staff. Always screwing up orders and leave plastic in your oatmeal. Best thing about this place is the car wash next door.

Location good, staff nice, coffee always fresh and hot. Don't go between 8:30-9:30am, two men and a truck moving thinks this is their personal meeting ground and parks 7 full size moving trucks here taking up at least 6 sets of gas pumps and adding unnecessary congestion to parking lot.

Despite the high number of homeless people and rich people convergence here, this staff is always happy to help you out with a smile. Still the best place to get a good fresh sub sandwich for lunch and affordable price too. And they always have the best price for fuel at Wawa. They don't over charge for anything like that grocery store with the green sign across the street. Good job Wawa!

I came in the store to buy a cigar as usual not the first time. I was ask for my ID and the lady at the register takes and and starts telling me it doesn't look like me more then twice and ask for my credit card. Lady how incompetent and foolish are you. And listen to yourself and terrible approach to an expected situation. I spoke with the manager who quickly resovle the issue. But Wawa next time it's not going to be a manager issue I'm going to corporate. Thank you to the manager a gentleman as well. Always friendly staff whenever I go to this Wawa. They have a good variety of snacks and drinks. Their coffee is really good, especially for a gas station.

This particular wawa is always busy but they do a great job with customer service and waiting times to keep things flowing. And I’m really happy that they brought the cheddar jalapeños back!! So happy

I just had a bad experience, the person at the cashier named Lessie or Lassie gave me the worst customer service ever I had.. even I was trying to be nice she kept her bad attitude to me, I felt very disappointed because She even didn’t allowed to me to make a change in my order after they told me they didn’t have black beans for my burrito bowl.... its really sad that this place have people like her.. she is not q nice person, she is not q costumer servicer person!!! Please just FIRED her!!!!

I used to come to this WaWa every morning to get coffee. I dont know if employees have changed, but for the past week no coffee has been made. The other day I got coffee but it was not hot at all. I went in this morning and turned around and left..no coffee was made. I went to another WaWa where there was plenty of coffee. They need to get there coffee going earlier or they will lose a lot of hospital employees
